Partner Program Terms

Digify Partner Program Agreement, version 1.2. Last updated October 21, 2026.

The Agreement

This page is the Program Terms Page named in the Digify Partner Program Agreement. Partners accept the agreement online when they apply, and Digify emails each partner a copy of the version they accepted.

Read the agreement (PDF, version 1.2)

The agreement has these parts:

  • General Terms, for every partner
  • Schedule A: PalabraFlow Product Schedule (plans, the free trial, Welcome Plus and the approved wording)
  • Schedule B: Path A Referral Commissions
  • Schedule C: Path B Prepaid Access Passes (not yet available)
  • Schedule D: Path C Membership Seats (not yet available)
  • Exhibits 1 to 3: the forms for a Creator Sponsorship Addendum and for pass and seat Orders. They apply only when both parties sign one for a specific deal.
  • The Program Guidelines, below

Program Guidelines

These guidelines set out the brand, disclosure and operating rules that go with the agreement. They do not change a commission, a payment term or any other term of the agreement. If they ever conflict with the agreement, the agreement controls.

1. Disclose your connection every time

Section 6.2 requires a disclosure in each promotion, near the recommendation, in the language of the promotion, and easy to see, hear and understand. A disclosure only in your profile or bio is not enough. Use wording like this, adjusted to your connection:

  • Commission: “I’m a PalabraFlow partner and earn a commission if you subscribe through my link.”
  • Free or discounted access: “PalabraFlow gave me free access to the app.”
  • Paid content: “Sponsored by PalabraFlow.” or “Paid partnership with PalabraFlow.”
  • In Spanish: “Soy socio de PalabraFlow y gano una comisión si te suscribes con mi enlace.”

By platform:

  • Video and live (YouTube, TikTok, Reels, live streams, webinars): say it out loud and show it on screen, near the start or right where you recommend the app. Put it in the description too.
  • Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube posts: turn on the platform’s paid partnership or branded content label where one exists, and put the disclosure at the start of the caption, before the “more” cut. A hashtag such as #ad or #sponsored at the start of the caption may be used alongside it, not instead of it.
  • Newsletters, emails and blog posts: put the disclosure next to the first mention or link, not only at the bottom.
  • Communities (Skool, Facebook groups, Discord, WhatsApp): include it in each post or message that recommends the app, including pinned posts and classroom lessons.
  • Podcasts and in person: say it when you recommend the app, and add it to the show notes or handout.

2. Use the approved offer wording

Section 6.3 and Schedule A set the wording to use whenever you mention Welcome Plus, the free trial or a price. Copy it exactly. Change prices only to the store prices in the country you promote in.

Welcome Plus (Schedule A, Section A.4A). Full version:

New to PalabraFlow? Get 7 days of PalabraFlow Plus free the first time you open the app on a device that has not used PalabraFlow before. No card or sign-up needed, and it does not renew. One per device. When the 7 days end, keep using a limited free version of PalabraFlow or choose a subscription in the app.

Short version, for posts with limited space:

7 days of Plus free the first time you open PalabraFlow on a new device. No card needed. Doesn’t renew. One per device.

Free trial and prices (Schedule A, Section A.4). Full version:

New subscribers get a 7-day free trial of PalabraFlow Plus. After the trial, Plus costs $14.99 a month or $119 a year, plus any tax, and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. One free trial per customer. US prices shown.

Short version, for posts with limited space:

7 days free for new subscribers, then $14.99/month or $119/year. Renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime in App Store or Google Play settings.

Welcome Plus is not a free trial or a subscription, so don’t call it one. If a promotion mentions Welcome Plus and a price or the trial, include both wordings. When Digify ends or changes an offer, update your promotions within 5 business days of our email (Section 6.8).

3. Describe PalabraFlow accurately

  • PalabraFlow is a Mexican Spanish app with about 1,000 phrases in 40 real-life situations, with audio and pronunciation scoring. You may use the line “Mexican Spanish for real life.”
  • Don’t promise results, such as fluency in a set time, and don’t call PalabraFlow test preparation or a certification (Sections 6.1 and A.5).
  • Share only your real experience with the app, and only expertise you really have.
  • If you talk about privacy or data, link to the PalabraFlow Privacy Policy and don’t describe it differently.

4. Brand assets

  • Use only the names, logos and screenshots in your partner dashboard, and don’t change their colours, proportions or wording.
  • Don’t use “PalabraFlow” or anything like it in a domain, social handle, app name or business name, and don’t suggest that Digify, Apple or Google endorses your business.
  • Don’t bid on PalabraFlow or its misspellings as a paid search keyword, or use the name in paid ad text, without written approval from Digify.

5. How to share

  • Share your Partner Link, QR code or Partner Code from your dashboard, so the people you refer are credited to you.
  • Don’t send unsolicited bulk email or messages, post your code on coupon or deal sites, or reward anyone for installing, subscribing or reviewing. Section 6.4 lists every method that isn’t allowed.
  • Email only people who agreed to hear from you, with your postal address and a working unsubscribe link (Section 6.5).
  • Keep a copy of each promotion and its disclosure for 3 years (Section 6.6).
